Please pay the full price upfront via PayPal ♡

Don't send any payments until I have sent the invoice if your commission is accepted

Refunds can be requested during the sketch phase, otherwise no refunds

You wouldn't get a 100% refund but a 90% because of PayPal taking fees :(

If for any reason I'm unable to start / finish your commission, you will receive a refund at a maximum of 90% depending on the progress of the commission

If you're getting a refund, DON'T request a PayPal chargeback, I will transfer the money myself

Once I accept your commission and discuss the prices, I will send a PayPal invoice

Please pay within 48 hours and I will start the sketch

I will update you twice (once during sketch phase and once after final render) but it's also alright to check in from time to time to ask for updates ^^

Maximum 4 revisions (2 during sketch phase and 2 after final render)

Major changes (composition, pose...) can only be requested during the sketch phase

Only minor revisions are allowed after sketch phase (colour adjustments or missing small details)

After the final drawing is approved, I will send you a google drive link with the full resolution png files via email

As I am a postgraduate student with other responsibilities and depending on your position in queue, please allow between 2 weeks to 6 months turnaround for your commission

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work online unless stated otherwise by the client

You reserve the right to share your commissioned piece on any of your personal social media platforms as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me (@kohee_png)

You may use the artwork for personal use: avatars, phone/computer wallpapers and personal website/profile displays

You reserve the right to print or create physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
